CERTIFICATION

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

This is to CERTIFY that Purok 12-A, St. John, where the alleged cutting
of trees and subject for investigation before the Prosecutors’ Office is already
occupied by the residents of this Barangay since the time immemorial and
considered as residential area.

This is to certify further that the tree subject for the complaint by
Maritime Industry for illegal cutting is owned and planted by PATRICIO L.
CULLANTES JR., 17 years ago way back 2002 to present and that the cutting
of said trees which tends to blow down are for security and safety to the
residents in the area.

This certification is issued upon request of the above-named person for

whatever legal purpose it may serve.
