Quick and Easy Pizza Dough



Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Total Time: 10 Minutes
Yield: 1 pizza dough

Ingredients

2 cups flour
1 tablespoon yeast
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2/3 cup lukewarm water ( plus an additional 2 tbsp)

How to make it

Start by mixing in one cup of flour with all other materials.
After this, genteelly pour in the second cup of the flour till you feel the mix
has turned into a ball.
Make the dough with your hands, and then let it rest for quarter of an hour
whilst making sure it is covered either by saran or dish towel.
Finally, put the dough into a pizza based pan, and put in your toppings,
before baking it or quarter of an hour at 375 degrees.
Steak Marinade, Quick and Easy


Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Total Time: 20 Minutes

Ingredients

1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons minced garlic, from jar is fine
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

How to make it:



Start by combining all the materials together, and letting them marinade for
at least half an hour or a full night.
Time will give garlic the opportunity to react, and it will make your steak
even tastier. You can either grill the streak or fry it over a pan. Or, you can
do both by first grilling it and then pan frying it. This makes the steak even
more delicious.
Quick and Easy French Toast


Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Total Time: 15 Minutes
Yield: 2-3 slices

Ingredients

1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

How to make it:


Combine all the materials well, after that, dip the bread in it and let fry it with
butter on a pan or skillet.
Quick n Easy Quiche Crust

Ingredients

1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup olive oil or 1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup ice water ( I use refrigerated water)

How to make it:



Combine the flour and the salt with a fork, before mixing in the oil with
water.
Now, take your flour and combine it with the oil mix, and lay it over a 9
inch pie pan.
Let it settle with the quiche and then bake at 400 degrees F till it’s done. Y
ou can also make this dish with canola oil and you can even make 2 crust
pies by doubling up the dish and dividing the dough in half. Do make the
dish with pie crust shells, opt for the flaky one.
Quick and Easy Chicken Enchiladas


Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Total Time: 40 Minutes
Servings: 6-8

Ingredients

3 -4 chicken breasts
15 white corn tortillas (fajita size) or 15 flour tortillas ( fajita size)
3 (10 ounce) cans green enchilada sauce ( I use Old El Paso)
3 -4 cups grated Monterey jack pepper cheese ( or for less spice, use 1
cup pepper jack and 2 cups of cheddar, or a fiesta blend Mexican
cheese mix)

How to make it:



Start with the chicken by boiling it first and then shredding it.
Now, combine half a can of sauce and a little bit of cheese with the meat.
Pour the remaining half can over an 11 into 9 baking pan or dish.
After, work on the tortillas; and microwave it, before rolling the meat into
them. Now, put the dish in the pan, and pour in rest of the cans of sauce.
Finally, cover the dish with cheese and let it bake for 25 minutes at 350
degrees.
Quick and Easy Puff Pastry or Bladerdeeg


Prep Time: 15 Minutes

Yield: 2 puff pastry

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup butter
1/2 cup sour cream

How to make it:



Start with putting the butter into the flour, till it crumbs up. Now, pour in
the cream and turn the board till it holds firm.
Make balls, and flatten them up and wrap it well to fridge it for 120 minutes
at minimum or for the whole night.
You can work upon half the dough, and keep the other in the fridge.
When done, start pounding the dough with pins and just cook it like any
puff pastry recipes.
Quick & Simple Pesto


Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Total Time: 10 Minutes
Yield: 1.25 cups

Ingredients

2 cups basil leaves ( fresh leaves only & firmly packed 2 cups)
3/4 cup parmesan cheese ( grated)
3/4 cup olive oil ( I use Extra-Virgin)
3 garlic cloves
1/4 cup pine nuts

How to make it:



First of all, mix in all the materials well in a machine or a blender, and
cover it well. Blend it at mid speeds for 3 minutes or so, whilst stopping a
few times to scrape up the sides.
Quick and Easy Skillet Potato Halves


Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Total Time: 35 Minutes
Serves: 4, Yield: 8 potato halves

Ingredients

4 russet potatoes
2 tablespoons butter

How to make it:



Start by heating up the pan or skillet over your burner at mid flames. Now,
cut the shaven potatoes in lengthwise halves.
Put butter over the pan, and cover it well, before putting in the potatoes.
Put the lid on, and let it cook at mid-low flames for half an hour or so.
Serve the dish along with butter or salt, as per taste, when the potatoes turn
golden in color.
Quick and Easy Chicken Parmesan


Prep Time: 15 Minutes

Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup breadcrumbs ( pref. Italian seasoned)
1 (26 ounce) cans spaghetti sauce ( or equiv. homemade, I use Prego
because it is sweeter than most.)
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, fresh grated

How to make it:



Begin by washing and patting the breasts dry and then coating them with
breadcrumbs.
Try to push hard over them while coating it to break the tissue and making
them even softer.
When the meat is done, sauté them over a pan with a bit of olive oil,
remember to check the nutritional chart. Keep frying the meat till it’s
cooked, and then pour in spaghetti sauce over a casserole dish of 9x5.
Put the meat over the sauce, and throw in rest of the sauce over the top of
the chicken.
Finally, cover the meat with cheese, and bake the dish for half an hour at
400, by the time which the cheese will melt off. You can eat the dish with
spaghetti or even rice.
Quick and Easy Feta Spread


Prep Time: 10 Minutes

Ingredients

8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
3 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh oregano, finely chopped
fresh ground black pepper, to taste

How to make it:



Start by preheating up the broiler, and then equally cover a baking dish with
feta. Place the tomatoes over the feta, and sprinkle in a bit of oil over it.
Now throw in a bit of oregano and pepper over the dish, and broil it 3
inches away from the heat for 8 minutes or so.
Easy and Quick Corn Dog Muffins


Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Total Time: 20 Minutes
Serves: 3-6, Yield: 6.0 muffins

Ingredients

8 1/2 ounces corn muffin mix
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
3 hot dogs, cooked
ketchup (optional)

How to make it:



Get the muffin batter ready first, as instructed.
Now, cut the hot dogs in preferable sizes, before mixing them in the batter.
Put the batter over a greased muffin box or tin and bake it for 20 minutes.
You will see that a toothpick will penetrate the muffin.
You can eat the dish with some ketchup of any kind, and you can also alter
the number of hot dogs as per needs.
Quick Quesadillas


Prep Time: 2 Minutes

Ingredients

2 flour tortillas
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

How to make it:



Start by laying a single tortilla over a cookie paper or sheet. Now cover the
tortillas with the cheese carefully.
Make the cheese a sandwich by putting in another tortilla over it.
Now bake at 350 for 10 minutes or so, and cut the tortillas into slices you
prefer, quarter or 8.
Serve the dish with cream or salsa.
Quick and Easy Shrimp Cocktail Sauce

2 cups ketchup
2 tablespoons horseradish, more if you like it hot

How to make it:



First combine all the materials and let it fridge up, then work with the
shrimps.
Quick and Easy Meatball Calzones


Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Total Time: 35 Minutes
Serves: 6, Yield: 6 calzones

Ingredients

1 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, in sauce untrained
8 ounces frozen cooked meatballs, thawed, and quartered
1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 (15 ounce) packages refrigerated pie crusts
4 ounces shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

How to make it:



Start by preheating up the oven at 425 degrees. Now, cover a baking paper
or sheet with spray. Mix up the tomatoes with sauce, meatballs, and basil in
large enough bowl, and let it aside.
Put one pie crust on the prepared baking sheet, and spoon 50% of the
meatball mix equally over half the crust, whilst a one inch border besides
the edge of crust.
Throw in half of cheese now, and fold the crust in halves to close the
filling. Then, pinch in the edges well to seal, and then cut up the slits over
the top of crust with a knife to vent it out. Do the same with rest of the
crusts, cheese and the mix. Finally, bake it for 25 minutes and then serve by
cutting it up into three wedges.
Quick & Easy Teriyaki Meatballs


Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Total Time: 35 Minutes
Servings: 6-8

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 teaspoon grated gingerroot (optional)
garlic salt

How to make it:



Start by preheating up the oven to 350. Now, mix up all the materials
together in large bowl, whilst making certain that the teriyaki sauce is
evenly put in.
Make balls out of it and put it over a baking dish, before baking it for half
an hour or so.
Quick Sour Cream Cucumbers

Ingredients

3 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced thinly
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon black pepper

How to make it:



Take midsized bowl and then cut and peel of the cucumbers in it. Pour in
the cream and mix it up well with the cucumbers.
Finally, dash in pepper and fridge it and serve it cool.
Blueberry Breakfast Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/3 cup water
2 cups blueberries ( fresh or frozen)

How to make it:



Take a pan of 2 qt, and mix in cornstarch and sugar well over it.
Now, pour in some water genteelly, and put in blueberries before boiling
the mix for a minute at mid heat, whilst stirring regularly.
You can eat the dish warm or cold with French toast, pancakes or even
some waffles.
Quick & Easy Pork Chops


Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Ingredients

4 -6 pork chops
1/2 onion, sliced
1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of onion soup

How to make it:



Brown up the pork in a pan till they turn gray; now take out the grease,
before putting the pork on a baking dish.
Cover it with onions, and then combine the 2 soups and then put it over the
pork.
Finally, bake the dish for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Quick and Easy Coconut Macaroons

Prep Time: 2 Minutes

Ingredients

5 1/2 cups flaked coconut
1 (14 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract

How to make it:



Begin with preheating up the oven at 350 F or 180 C. Now, take large clean
bowl, and mix up coconut, sweetened condensed milk and its extracts.
Put the mix over lined aluminum foil and over an already greased baking
paper or sheet. Bake for 10 minutes and instantly take out sheets. Let it cool
and enjoy.
Quick and Easy Sausage and Cheese Muffins


Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Total Time: 40 Minutes
Yield: 1 batch

Ingredients

1 lb sausage, any variety
1 (10 1/2 ounce) cans condensed cheddar cheese soup
2 -3 teaspoons sage, if your sausage doesn't have any in it
1/2 cup milk
3 cups Bisquick

How to make it:



Start again by preheating the oven at 400 degrees. Brown up the sausage,
and drain it well.
Combine up milk, sage and the soup in bowl, and put in Bisquick till it
moistens up.
Put this mix into greased muffin cups, and remember to Bake till the dish is
golden for half an hour or so, if your oven is okay.
Quick n' Easy Meatballs N' Gravy


Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Total Time: 30 Minutes
Servings: 6

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef, salted & peppered
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 3/4 cups water

How to make it:



Make small round balls of the ground meat and fry them till both sides are
brown.
Take out the excess fat, and then pour in the mushroom based soup, water
and the onion based soup.
Cook till the dish gets a bit tight and eat it with rice or noodles.
Quick & Easy Dill Biscuits


Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Total Time: 20 Minutes
Servings: 20-40

Ingredients

1/4 cup margarine or 1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 (10 ounce) cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits ( such as Pillsbury)

How to make it:



Begin by preheating up the oven to 450 F, now take a large enough bowl
and put in melted butter, dill and the onion in it.
Piece up the biscuits in half sizes and coat them with the butter mix and
make it wet.
Now, take a baking pan, grease it well, and put the biscuit there and let it
bake for 10 minutes. Remember not to overdo the biscuits.
Quick and Easy Crabby Caesar Salads


Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Total Time: 25 Minutes
Serves: 4, Yield: 8 crab cakes

Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) bags complete Caesar salad in a bag
1/2 cup Simply Potatoes Traditional Mashed Potatoes
1/2 lb crab claw meat
3/4 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
3 tablespoons canola oil

How to make it:



Take a midsized bowl, and mix up Simply Potatoes Traditional Mashed
Potatoes, the crab meat, the Old Bay Seasoning, all of the crushed croutons
and 1 tablespoon Caesar dressing from the bag. Combine well and form
them onto eight 2 ½ patties, about three tablespoons each.
Now, take oil over a big skillet and heat it up, prepare the crabs with it for 3
minutes each side till it turns crispy. Let the crab heat up well. In the mean
time, take a big bowl mix in greens with rest of the dressing and equally
split up the greens over plates. Dress up the greens with the crabs, 2 of
them, and serve with the salad and cheese.
Quick pasta for one


Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Ingredients

pasta, for one
1/2 head garlic
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
1 pinch salt

How to make it:



Start with cooking your pasta quantity in the normal way.
Then take a small pan, heat up the oil in it and put in the garlic, salt and
pepper in it.
Sauté the garlic, keep the mix aside till the pasta is done, before mixing it
with the noodle.
Quick Oatmeal Egg Pancake


Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Total Time: 10 Minutes
Serves: 1, Yield: 1 large pancake

Ingredients

1 (1 1/2 ounce) packets instant plain oatmeal
1 egg
1 tablespoon water, approximately
vegetable oil cooking spray

How to make it:



Take a large pan or skillet first, and cover it with oil and heat it at mid-hi
flames. Whip an egg in a bowl, and add in the oatmeal and combine well.
Pour in water and get your desired density.
Now, put the mix over the heated pan and make one single pancake with it
at mid flames. When the edges of the cake looks dry enough after couple of
minutes or so, flip the cake with a spatula. Then cook the other side for 2
minutes again.
Serve the cake with ample syrup, butter, peanut better, yogurt or even fresh
fruits. You can use some of the combos for topping as your wish.
Quick Glazed Snow Peas


Prep Time: 2 Minutes
Total Time: 12 Minutes
Servings: 2

Ingredients

1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoons chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 lb snow peas, about 3 cups

How to make it:



Put in all the materials, apart from the peas, over a wide enough pan at mid-
high flames. Boil them, before adding in the peas.
Now coat the dish well for 3 minutes or so, and then eat it warm.
Quick Pizza Triangles


Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Total Time: 25 Minutes
Serves: 8, Yield: 8 pizza triangles

Ingredients

1 (15 ounce) packages refrigerated pie crusts
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
3/4 cup sliced pepperoni, chopped
3/4 cup pizza sauce
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

How to make it:



Start by preheating the oven to 450 F. Now, take your time and put pie
crusts over a cutting board and piece them into 1/4ths creating eight
wedges.
Then, take a large enough bowl and mix up the cheese, the pepperoni, pizza
sauce and seasoning in it.
Put single tablespoon of the filling into every crust.
Then fold up the side which is unfilled and press the edge of it quite well to
seat it.
Put the triangles over a clean baking paper or sheet and bake for 14
minutes.
Quick Italian Parker House Rolls


Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Total Time: 20 Minutes
Yield: 10 rolls

Ingredients

2 (12 ounce) cans refrigerated biscuits
3/4 cup Italian dressing ( fat free is okay)
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds

How to make it:



Cover 10 of the 12 cups of a muffin pan with the cooking oil or spray.
Drench each of the biscuits with Italian dressing, and fold them in halves
and putting 2 of the biscuits each over the muffin cups, whilst keeping the
seam based down.
Mix in the sesame with the Parmesan and throw them over the biscuits,
before baking them lot for 12 minutes at 400.
Quick 'n' Crunchy Granola


Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Total Time: 30 Minutes
Servings: 4-6

Ingredients

3 1/2 cups Quaker Oats ( uncooked)
1/3 cup margarine
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

How to make it:



Start by melting the butter in a microwave, before heating up the honey in
the machine for 45 seconds.
Now, mix up all materials over a clean, big bowl. Put the mix in a baking
plate or pan of 15 x 10 whilst equally spreading it.
Now bake the mix for 20 minutes at 350, whilst stirring it for the first 10
minutes. Eat after cooling the dish and you can store the Granola it for a
week in an air tight box.
Quick and Easy Chicken Quesadillas


Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Total Time: 27 Minutes
Servings: 8

Ingredients

8 (10 inch) flour tortillas
1 cup jalapeno flavored cream cheese
1 (10 ounce) cans white chicken meat packed in water, drained and
flaked
1 cup shredded Monterey jack and cheddar cheese blend

How to make it:



Take a large enough bowl, and combine in it the cheese, cream and the
meat.
Put in the mix over 4 tortillas equally and put rest of the tortillas over it.
Now take a quesadilla, cover it with cooking oil or spray, and put it over a
baking paper or sheet.
Let is bake for 12 minutes at 400 F, whilst flipping it once after 6 minutes.
Cut as per desire and serve.


Quick and Easy Grilled Pork Chops


Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Total Time: 13 Minutes
Servings: 4-6

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) bottles Italian salad dressing ( any variety, even the cheap stuff
will work)
4 -6 pork chops ( this works well with boneless chicken breast also, but I
prefer the pork)
1/2 cup melted butter

How to make it:



Start by placing the pork chicken or chops over a big Ziploc bag or even a
non metallic bowl that has a cover.
Put the salad in it, and let it marinate for at least 4 hours or even overnight,
whilst shaking the bag for at least 4 times during it.
Now, put the chops over a hot grill and cook it, till you see that the juices
are clear. Cover them up with butter next and cook till they are soft. Serve
the chops with your favorite BBQ extras.
Quick Beef Noodle Soup


Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Total Time: 20 Minutes
Servings: 6-8

Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef
1 (46 ounce) cans V8 vegetable juice
1 (2 ounce) envelopes onion soup mix
1 (3 ounce) packages beef-flavor ramen noodles
1 (16 ounce) packages frozen mixed vegetables

How to make it:



Take a large enough pan and make the beef over it at mid flames, then drain
it.
Now, pour in V8 juice, the soup, the materials of ramen packet, apart from
the main, and the mixed veggies, before boiling it well. Lower the heat, and
let it cook for 6 minutes before boiling it again.
Now, put in the ramen noodles and let it cook for further 3 minutes.
To fridge the dish, put in over a tight container and to heat it up, put it over
a pan and let it warm up.

Quick & Easy Low Cal Breakfast or Lunch


Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Total Time: 9 Minutes
Servings: 1

Ingredients

2 rice cakes ( you know those things that look like Styrofoam)
4 slices tomatoes
hot sauce
2 teaspoons parmesan cheese, grated
salt and pepper

How to make it:


Put the tomatoes over the cakes of rice; add in salt-pepper and pour hot sauce, as
per your desire. Sprinkle then parmesan now, and let the mix broil for 4 minutes.

Quick Candied Pecans


Prep Time: 0 Minutes
Total Time: 5 Minutes
Servings: 6

Ingredients

2 cups pecan halves
4 tablespoons butter, salted
4 tablespoons brown sugar

How to make it:


Start by melting up the butter at mid-hi flames, before putting in the pecans and
tossing it to coat it well. Dash in the sugar and keep it stirred till it’s well

Quick Honey Mustard Pork Stir-Fry

Ingredients

500 g pork fillets or 500 g other tender lean pork
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
3 teaspoons liquid honey
2 tablespoons oil

How to make it:



Slice and cut the pork in a very thin manner. Combine all the honey and the
mustard, whilst marinating the pork over it for 20 minutes.
Then, take a pan and heat it up, before putting in the meat and frying it at
high, whilst tossing and stirring it for 10 minutes. Eat the meat with fired
veggies or even rice, potatoes and salad.
Skippy Quick Cookies


Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Total Time: 30 Minutes
Yield: 24 COOKIES

Ingredients

1 cup Skippy creamy peanut butter ( you can use any brand you prefer)
1 cup sugar
1 large egg, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to make it:



Preheat up the over at 325 F first. Then, take a midsized bowl and mix up
all materials over it well. Make dough balls which are of one inch size, and
put them over a clear baking paper or sheet.
Put in cookies 2 inches from each other. With a fork, flat up the cookies and
make criss and cross lines over it.
Bake for 10 minutes, and throw in candies or chips of chocolate over it
instantly.
Let the cookies cool down and then take them off the sheet. You can also
put the chocolate before baking the cookies.
Too Easy Pumpkin Muffins


Prep Time: 3 Minutes
Total Time: 22 Minutes
Servings: 18

Ingredients

1 (18 ounce) boxes yellow cake mix, unprepared
15 ounces libby solid pack pumpkin
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

How to make it:



Start by combining all the materials up over a bowl till they moisten up. Do
put in any liquid as the cake and pumpkin mix will do.
Use a spoon to scoop up the mix into muffin pans, and let it bake for 23
minutes or so.
Quick BBQ Asparagus


Prep Time: 2 Minutes
Total Time: 7 Minutes
Servings: 2

Ingredients

4 asparagus spears
2 teaspoons butter
1/2 teaspoon rosemary

How to make it:



Start by taking off the hard ends from the spears of asparagus. Piece them
into halves.
Then, melt the butter over a BBQ pan or plate at low-mid flames and put in
the asparagus.
Dash in rosemary and let it cook for 5 minutes, whilst continuously stirring.
Quick BBQ Zucchini


Prep Time: 2 Minutes
Total Time: 12 Minutes
Servings: 2

Ingredients

1 medium zucchini
1/8 teaspoon dried dill
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

How to make it:



Begin by slicing the zucchini in length wise halves, before cutting them into
several pieces of about 2 inches.
Throw in the dill, pepper and the oregano, and pour in some olive oil at the
paramount.
Cook the mix with the help of a BBQ plate at low-mid flames for 4 minutes
or so. Whilst remembering to cook both the sides well.
Easy cheese scones


Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Total Time: 30 Minutes
Yield: 10-12 scones

Ingredients

1 cup self raising flour
1 cup grated cheese ( I prefer Tasty)
2/3 cup milk
1 pinch salt
1 pinch sweet paprika (optional)

How to make it:



Begin by preheating up the over at 225 degrees C.
Now, combine the milk, cheese, flour and the salt in a bowl, and mix them
till they stick up together.
Take a greased plate or tray, and put about 12 one tablespoon of the mix
over it. You can throw in the paprika over it if you want, before baking it
for quarter of an hour.
You can even turn the tray to the other wide for an equal result. Serve warm
and with butter if you want.
Apple Dessert (Quick)


Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Total Time: 15 Minutes
Servings: 1-2

Ingredients

3 cups peeled sliced apples ( Fuji, Golden Delicious, or Rome)
3 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 dash cinnamon
1 tablespoon maple syrup ( real if you have your hands on some)

How to make it:



Begin by peeling and slicing of the apples and putting them into a bowl.
Throw and mix the sugar and the cinnamon, before heating it in the
microwave for 4 minutes.
If you feel the apple aren’t done as yet, then give 20 seconds more. Stir up
the apple and the sugar-cinnamon after taking off to cover up the apples
with the sugar mix.
Finally, dash the ice cream and maple syrup.
Quick Tomato-Rice Soup


Prep Time: 0 Minutes
Total Time: 12 Minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients

1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed tomato soup
3 cups chicken broth
3/4 cup quick-cooking rice
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
hot pepper sauce

How to make it:



Mix up the undiluted soup, rice, broth and the celery. Put in hot pepper
sauce as per your taste, and boil.
Now, lower the flame and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Super Quick Prosciutto Wrapped Fish


Prep Time: 2 Minutes
Total Time: 10 Minutes
Servings: 2

Ingredients

2 (5 ounce) tilapia fillets ( or other fish)
fresh ground black pepper
1 ounce prosciutto, thinly sliced ( 4 slices)
cooking spray

How to make it:



Begin by grinding up the pepper over the fish and wrapping each of the
sides with 2 prosciuttos.
Now, take a nonstick pan, cover it with cooking spray, and heat it up at
mid-high flames. Put in the fish fills and let them cook for 4 minutes, both
sides.
The fish will brown up by then. You can even turn down the heat if you
want. If you are using a different fish than the one we told you about, then
you will have to change the timeframe of cooking.
Quick Carrots With Garlic & Basil


Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Total Time: 20 Minutes
Servings: 6

Ingredients

500 g carrots ( sliced diagonally)
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 large garlic cloves ( sliced thinly or 1 teasp crushed garlic from a jar)
2 tablespoons fresh basil ( thinly sliced or chopped)

How to make it:



Begin by cooking the carrots by boiling it for 3 minutes till they are soft.
You can also microwave it.
Save half cup of the water and drain rest of it. Mix up the garlic and pour in
mix over a pan; then cook the dish at mid flames till you get the smell of
garlic.
Now, put in the carrots, cook it well and add extra cooking liquid if require.
Take out the pan from the heat and put in the basil. Eat hot.
Quick Ginger Carrots


Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Total Time: 10 Minutes
Servings: 3

Ingredients

4 -6 carrots
1 tablespoon rice bran, spread
1 1/2 tablespoons coarse grain mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons grated ginger
1 tablespoon brown sugar

How to make it:



Cut up the carrots in angles and then put them in a bowl which is
microwave safe, before putting in other materials over the top.
Cook for a minute on high; then put in rest of the materials. Cook again for
3 minutes and stop. Garnish with butter sauce on the top of the carrots.
Chicken Tortilla Soup (Quick)


Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Total Time: 30 Minutes
Servings: 6-8

Ingredients

2 cooked chicken breasts ( cubed)
1 (14 3/4 ounce) cans creamed corn
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans
1 (10 ounce) cans rotel diced tomatoes with mild green chilies

How to make it:



Take a pan; put in chicken, corn, chicken broth, black beans, and diced
tomatoes in it.
Now, cook with medium heat till the meat is heated enough, before serving
the dish with tortillas.
Quick Chicken Cordon Bleu


Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Total Time: 25 Minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients

4 (6 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breast halves ( 6 ounces each)
4 slices deli ham ( thin slices)
2 slices swiss cheese, halved
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelopes chicken coating mix

How to make it:



Begin by flattening up the meat in quarter inch.
Now, put cheese and ham over the middle of each; and roll it up and stick a
toothpick to secure it.
Put in the butter now, as well as the coating, in 2 different new bowls, and
then dip the meat over them each. Then, put the meat over a greased 2-
quarter microwave proof plate.
Close the top loosely and microwave it on high for 7 minutes. Flip up the
meat; and cook for 5 minutes extra again.
Finally, take off the toothpicks and let it cool.
Quick Penne Alfredo & Cheese


Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Total Time: 20 Minutes
Servings: 6

Ingredients

8 ounces penne or 8 ounces your favorite pasta, cooked al dente
1 (16 ounce) jars alfredo sauce ( like Bertolli)
8 ounces assorted cheese, like cheddar, Monterey jack, Swiss ( or so!)
salt and pepper

How to make it:



Start by mixing the hot pasta, Alfredo sauce, cheese (save a bit to sprinkle
later) and cook gently at low flames or even bake at 375 till they bubble up.
You can also add in any of the following to the dish; grilled chicken,
broccoli, cubed ham, roasted veggies, bread crumb topping, shrimp or
whatever you like.
Quick Peach Crisp


Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Total Time: 6 Minutes
Servings: 2

Ingredients

1/2 cup canned peaches in light syrup, drained
cinnamon-sugar mixture
1 cup low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
1/4 cup granola cereal

How to make it:



Put the sliced and cut peaches over a bowl which is microwave safe. Now,
put in cinnamon sugar, before microwaving it for half a minute.
Dash in the frozen cold yogurt over serving plates, put the hot peaches over
them and put granola on top of it.
Simple and Quick Tilapia Pesto


Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Total Time: 25 Minutes
Servings: 3

Ingredients

3 tilapia fillets
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup pesto sauce

How to make it:


Start and begin with preheating up the oven to 400 degrees. Now,

mix in the mayo and the pesto over a bowl. And then, put the fish over
a foil lined plate or tray, before placing in the pesto mix over the meat.
Bake for about 20 minutes.
