Do you think our lives have improved by the Internet?

It seems the answer is obvious – yes, they have done! I will try to explain my thought.
Over the years, technology has revolutionized our world and daily lives which has become more
and more fast paced.
Due to modern technology we can use such multi-functional devices like the smartwatch and the
smartphone. Besides people can use computers which have become increasingly faster, more
portable, and higher-powered than ever before. With all these revolutions, technology has also
made our lives easier, faster, better, and more fun.
The significance of the internet is very important not only for the advancement of
telecommunications but how we work. We are able to do more tasks and manage to solve much
more matters and even remotely! There is always instant message communication through
companies that use various tools to stay organized and for quick communication throughout the
day. Many businesses have become more efficient because of high speed internet and its more
effective and reliable communication abilities.
Everybody can learn, work and communicate with people and business-partners all over the
world. People can discover facts about other cultures with social media that has become more
prominent since 2005.
We shop differently now and many of us purchase items at stores that aren’t local. We do it
online)!
A lot of people do their online ordering for food delivery.
Nowadays most people read daily newspapers or watch the evening news on television. At the
same time due to the Internet people can get news on their phones online, thru apps or websites,
from social media or newsletters in their email boxes. And they can know everything in seconds!
In recent times, we have heard of the Internet of Things used in various tech publications. It
essentially is referring to all the items we are now able to program to do things for us our smart
phones, special smart TVs, camera systems we can monitor at the front door to our smart
refrigerator and so on.
Our homes will eventually be filled with smart technology. Now we already have many smart
programs in some refrigerators and more specialized home security. These kinds of advanced
smart home capabilities will flourish in years to come.
It seems the future will be positive because of advancing our world, but it may come at a price
for some people displaced by technology.
