1.What are the important of police writing report?


Ans: Most officers will take a report, if the facts and the environment
warrant one, without regard to how they really feel about the case. They
realize that a police report is valuable because it serves to document an
incident, and it may be important later.
2. What do you think are the basic tool in writing police report?
Ans: CLEAR: For a police report to be clear, it must properly identify the
persons, places and/or things relevant to the crime.
CONCISE: This means using the most precise wording to describe the
crime and how it occurred while still answering the 5 'W's and 'H' that are
available (Who, What, Where, When, Why, and How).
