At Schneider Electric, meeting our customers’ expectations is a key priority. Due to concern
over COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we want to assure you we are monitoring developments in this
situation globally, as well as following local health and government regulations, continually
assessing and responding to changes.

The safety of our customers and employees is of utmost concern to us and we are taking the
necessary precautions to protect their health and well-being.

Prior to dispatching a Schneider representative to your site, we ask that you please answer the
following questions:

Do you know of anyone on your site or visiting your site that has been
tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days?  
Has your location implemented safety protocols to protect against the
spread of COVID-19 at your facility?

In addition to the actions we have taken to ensure a safe visit to your site we will provide any
requested health declarations and policies, as allowed by law
We trust you will join us in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for services to be
performed on your site. Once we receive your answers, our representative will be in touch to
walk through the relevant protocols in line with the local health and government guidelines.
