Penske Corp, PAG, and their affiliates have entered into a Business Travel agreement with National

Car Rental and Enterprise Rent-A-Car.  This arrangement replaces our current Business Travel
Agreement with Hertz.  The rate program with National/Enterprise was negotiated to be at or below
our Hertz daily rates by car class and began September 1 st.

As part of the agreement, all employees have access to National’s Emerald Club.  Please use the
“Enroll in Emerald Club” link contained in the correspondence below to enroll or update you
membership in National Car Rental’s Emerald Club.

*  Note: When you get to the “Protection Products” section, click the “Decline” buttons if
they are not already selected.  All appropriate protection coverage is included in our
agreement.

Upon completing the enrollment you can begin renting from National Car Rental at airports and
Enterprise Rent-A-Car at off-airport locations at our special rates.
