Summer Internship Project (SIP) Report Format [MBA III Semester] ARRANGEMENT OF CONTENTS: The sequence in which the project report material should be arranged and bound should be as. follows: Cover/Title page (as per Appendix 1) Declaration (as per Appendix 2) Company Supervisor Certificate (as per Appendix 2) Acknowledgement Table of contents with page numbers List of fig & tables with page numbers Abstract/ Executive Summary of the Project Main text List of references 10. Appendices GENERAL FORMATTING GUIDELINES: 1. 2. ay 5. Size: International standard paper size A4 (297x210mm) should be used. Page number: Page should be numbered consecutively and clearly. No page number should be indicated on title page, supervisor's certificates, declaration and acknowledgement; however pages are to counted from title page. From title page to abstract page Greek numbers should be used. From main text to end of thesis Indian numerals should be used. All typing should be on right hand pages only. Margin: Top 1.0”, Bottom 1.0" Left 1.5” Right 1.0” Line spacing: 1.5 Font: Arial, size 10/12 for text, larger fonts may be used for headings & subheadings. The impression on the typed copies should be black in colour. Main text should be justified. All main headings in center and subheadings should be Left aligned. CD-ROM: All report should include soft copy on CD-ROM accompanied with report in pocket pasted on inside of back cover. Text: Before producing the final copies of a thesis/project report the candidate should ensure that all the spelling, grammar, punctuation and bibliography is complete and exact. Project report preparation & binding: reports should normally be bound using temporary binding to facilitate the incorporation of amendments which might be required by the after examination report should be hard bound to resist damage or knocking. Spiral binding is the project should be submitted in soft copy to the coordinator. The format will be checked and any discrepancy will be communicated. The student after incorporating changes must submit the report in three copies spiral bound. Viva-Voce - Every student must appear in the viva-voce. The overall marks will be given based on the report and viva. The entire project report should be typed.
