ANISOVOLUMETRIC WEATHERING IN GRANITIC SAPROLITE CONTROLLED

BY CLIMATE AND EROSION RATE

1. What knowledge gaps do you think this paper could have expounded to?

The knowledge gaps that this paper could have expanded to is about the definitions of
given words and how does the climate and erosion rate control the anisovolumetric
weathering in granitic saprolite. Is it good or bad? Does it have effect on human being?
This paper can also explain deeper meanings that can produce new knowledge and
information to us.

There are also things that is included in the paper that we should have known. There are
mathematical frameworks that we should consider to provides a basis for testing
presumptions about isovolumetric weathering in saprolite.

2. Give at least two questions which cannot be answered by the paper in its current state but
could have been a scope of their research.

The first question that cannot be answered by the paper in its current state but could have
been scope of their research is “How does mass loss data from granitic sites indicative of
anisovolumetric weathering?” This question might help to expand the scope of the
research. It can also be the focus of the study because it can be the source of more
informations.

The second question is “What are the methods in anisovolumetric weathering?”. This
question will help us classify the methods in anisovolumetric weathering and how does
climate and erosion control it. This can also help us clarify some things to make it
understandable for the beneficiaries of this study.
