PANNA COTTA

INGREDIENTSfor 4 people
125 ml of milk
125 ml of cream
1.76 oz of sugar
1.76 oz  gelatine sheet
Preparation
In a saucepan, boil the milk together with the cream and sugar.
Add the gelatine, previously soaked in cold water and squeezed.
Mix well, trying to avoid foaming, and pour into individual molds.
Leave to cool in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Turn out and garnish as desired, with a chocolate or caramel sauce, or fruit
(you can use strawberries, kiwis, pears or berries). You can also decorate
the panna cotta with chopped hazelnuts or pistachios
