Sir:
This is the progress report on the on-going Road Expansion at Licomo, Zamboanga City.
This project has the estimated of 6,400,000 pesos and the duration of six months (December
2011-May 2012). After the period of two months, about 40.2% of the estimated cost has been
used. With only 25% work accomplishment.

The table below shows the expenses incurred after the period of two months, to wit:

III. Miscellaneous Expenses 524,800 8.2% 3rd Qtr
Total 2,572,800 40.2% 4th Qtr

Based on the table and pie chart above, 40.2% of the total estimated project cost which is
2,572,800 pesos was used. Therefore, the project cannot be completed within the estimated
period of six months and it is recommended that the additional money of 1,318,400 pesos should
be approved and released for the project to be completed.
