CONTRACT TO SELL

This contract to sell is entered into by and between;

LUZVIMINDA C. LIWANAG, Filipino, married , of legal age and a resident of Brgy.5


Palikpikan, Balayan, Batangas, hereinafter referred to as the “VENDOR”.

-and-

OFELIA P. VASQUEZ, Filipino, married, of legal age and a resident of Brgy.2 F.


Martinez St. Balayan, Batangas, hereinafter referred to as the “VENDEE”.

WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the registered owner of a parcel of land, situated in the
Brgy. of Caloocan, Municipality of Balayan, Batangas, with Title No. T-121276.
“A parcel of land (Lot 4 Block 16 of the consolidation-subdivision plan PCS-041003-009103,
being a portion of the consolidation of Lots 3142-A-3 and 3142-A-4, PSD-04-037002 and Lot
3141-A-4 (LRC) PSD-193666, L.R.C. Record No. 207 and N-5863)”.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of FOUR HUNDRED


SIXTY TWO THOUSAND PESOS (462,000.00) Philippine Currency, the VENDOR agrees
to sell and the VENDEE agree to buy the above described Parcel of Land subject to the
following terms and conditions.

1. THAT, the VENDEE shall pay the VENDOR the sum of TWO HUNDRED
THOUSAND PESOS (200,000) Philippine Currency upon the execution of this contract.

2. The remaining amount of TWO HUNDRED SIXTY TWO THOUSAND PESOS


+(262, 000.00) shall be paid by the VENDEE to the VENDOR in 24 months instalment
from November 2022 – October 2023. Amounting to TWELVE THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRED TWENTY SEVEN PESOS (12,227.00) monthly.

3. Ownership of the property shall retain with the VENDOR until such time that the total
consideration is fully paid.

4. Upon full payment of the total consideration, the VENDOR shall sign and execute a
Deed of Absolute Sale in favor of the VENDEE.

IN TRUTH WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands on this day _____ of
___________2022 at Balayan, Batangas.
