Overview
This report tackles the salient accomplishments and challenges as regards the performance of administrative
tasks for the third week of October 2022.

Scope
This report covers the completed administrative tasks and deliverables for the third week of October 2022. This

Issues
1. The toilet has a security light issue. The men's urinal is not working properly, not yet repaired.
2. The  broken chairs are kept in the store. 
3.  The metal used to seal numbers upon the chair is not present. They are not yet marked numerically.
4.  The second gate is locked as required and theys are not yet taken.
5.  Security is okay.
6. The office block has light issues in the rooms and restroom.

Recommendations
1. Repair the security lights at the new washrooms. 
2. Considering the recent purchase, I would like to suggest help to move the manifold number of the chairs
sabbath evening to the deaconry room. The metal to inscibe the numbers is need.
