It is anticipated that you will be employed by SEII, which is a foreign subsidiary of KBR. Other relevant details will be included in your employment contract. Any offer of employment with KBR is contingent upon the following factors: ‘Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen Passing a stringent physical examination Willingness to sign our Consent for Drug and Alcohol Testing Willingness to sign our Patent Agreement Policy Agreement to all provisions of the Dispute Resolution Program (DRP) veer The aforementioned activities will take place during your orientation in Houston, TX. which we have tentatively scheduled for April 2, 2007. Your final arrival date will be set once we have confirmation that you have received a visa to travel to the U.S. You will also be required to provide a Police Clearance indicating a clean background record for the past seven (7) years and you must possess a valid passport and be able to obtain a B-i tourist visa to enable you to travel to the U.S. for a 2-week processing prior to being deployed to your work assignment in Iraq. The Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 requires all individuals to verify their identity and eligibility to work in the United States, therefore, any formal offer of employment is also contingent upon you providing required verification. Salary detail is as follow: 1. Base Salary $2,000.00/month 2. Area Differential Uplift: 5% 3. Foreign Service Uplift: 35% 4. Hazard Pay Uplift: 35% You will be paid straight time overtime ($11.54/hour) for every hour worked in excess of forty hours per week and we are anticipating that you will work an estimated 12 hours per day. R&R will be every four (4) months for a total of three (3) R&R’s per year. All R&R’s will be paid a total of 80 hours at straight time rates with no uplifts over a minimum of ten (10) days leave. R&R’s cannot be accrued; therefore, they will either be taken or forfeited. Employees on OAS or SEII Payrolls will not be eligible for vacation while on overseas LOGCAP assignments. You will not deploy until you have met all employment requirements and completed processing in Houston. Once deployed, you will begin receiving compensation.
