Travel agent Hi. Can I help you?

Kevin Miller Yes. I was here last week. I was considering going on a space holiday for the end-of-
the year school trip and you gave me this brochure to show my classmates.
Travel agent Oh yes. I remember. Kevin, right?
Kevin Miller Yes, that’s right.
Travel agent And have you already decided in favour of the tour, or do you need some help?
Kevin Miller No, I’ve talked with my classmates and we have our minds set. We decided to
go and the FlyJet seemed to be the best choice.
Travel agent Mmm… Yeah, it’s a good choice. You’ll be able to see the oceans and mountains
and have a marvellous view of the Earth as well.
Kevin Miller Just one question: what kind of activities are there for us to enjoy ourselves?
Travel agent Well, being in zero gravity is a new world – literally. Ordinary activities, even just
moving around, are all transformed in something that is weightless. Simply floating
slowly around allows you to play all sorts of games – like trying to float consistently
across the room and picking something up without bumping into anything else. You
can also try out a few acrobatic movements, spins and so on, like seeing if you can
spin around and still land right on your feet. You’ll also be able to chase and catch
objects in mid-air or sleep while floating.
Kevin Miller That sounds great! Ok, we definitely want that trip.
Travel agent Well, in that case just let me get a few details of you and we can go ahead and
make the reservation.
Kevin Miller OK.
Travel agent Could you tell me your first and last name, please?
Kevin Miller Kevin Miller.
Travel agent How do you spell “Miller”?
Kevin Miller M-I-L-L-E-R.
Travel agent Ok. And could you give me your contact details – your telephone number and
your email?
Kevin Miller It’s probably easiest to call my mobile phone. That’s 768-997-098.
Travel agent And your email address, please…
Kevin Miller Yes. It’s millerk@gmail.com.
Travel agent Now how many are you in your class?
Kevin Miller There are twenty of us.
Travel agent And were you planning things for the end of July?
Kevin Miller You’ve got a great memory. Yes, it’s for 14th of July to 1st August.
Travel agent Ok: 14th July to 1st of August. And it’s the FlyJet tour, right?
Kevin Miller Yes.
Travel agent And what about meals? Do you want a full board or half board regime?
Kevin Miller We want full board. We don’t want to worry about meals.
Travel agent So, if you give me a deposit, I can confirm the booking.
Kevin Miller How much is it?
Travel agent £150 per person, so that’s £3000 for the twenty of you.
Kevin Miller And can I pay by credit card?
Travel agent Yes, of course.
Kevin Miller And when do we pay the rest?
Travel agent You need to pay the remainder of the cost at least two weeks before your
departure. Could you just sign here?... Thank you. So, this is your copy of the
booking form.
Could you be so kind as to check the details, and if there are any mistakes, please
let me know as soon as possible.
Kevin Miller Thanks very much for your help.
Travel agent And remember just contact us if there is anything you need.
Kevin Miller That’s great. Bye, then.
Travel agent Goodbye.
