I the undersigned Unit Leader, for and in behalf of Unit No. 742 of TIGLAWIGAN NATIONAL HIGH
SCHOOL hereby apply to conduct TNHS Senior Scouts Backyard Camping/ INVESTITURE from
November 04 to November 06, 2022.

QUALIFICATION: EAGLE SCOUT/WOODBADGE HOLDER

The following steps have been duly accomplished and/or taken cared of for the purpose of this
application.

1. The site to be used has been found ideal and declared safe for camping purposes, (not necessary if the
site has been approved by the Camping Committee)
2. The boys and their leaders have been found physically fit for this outdoor activity.
3. The scouts are fully Vaccinated and already had Booster Vaccinated last October 24, 2022.
4. The permission of the parents and/or guardians of the boys have already been secured.
5. Precautionary measures have been taken and all provided to protect the health and safety of the boys
during this outing/overnight/camping.
6. A program of activities to be followed during this camping has been prepared, copy is hereto attached.
7. Sufficient camp equipment has been provided.
8. This Unit is in good standing and that its UNIT CHARTER will not expire until September 2023.
9. This UNIT will observe the NATIONAL AND LOCAL CAMPING POLICIES AND
STANDARD for the Boy Scouts Camps.

and correct to the best of my knowledge.
