CHAPTER 2

ACTIVITY 1

Briefly explain the following questions: 10 pts each.

1. In serving, what is the consideration in following the proper executions? Why?

- The ball is passed to the opposing team by the server first. It is mandatory for
the Server Player to be in the right back position, serves must be made from
the volleyball court's service zone, and players must wait for the
whistle before serving.

2. What kind of serve are you going to use playing volleyball? Why?
- Whenever I serve or hit the ball, I will do so with a jump serve or a jump to
hit the ball, because it is critical to have enough force and height to make the
ball difficult to receive and also to set up for the opponent's attack.

3. Why is it important to remember the safety precautions while you are in play?
- Whenever you are participating in a game or tournament, it is critical to
remember safety precautions because they can help you avoid sports injuries.
Many players have their own lessons about how to play safely during a
game, and even professional players do not forget what they have learned in
the past. There are numerous consequences for the team if they do, regardless
of whether or not they remain in the team if this occurs. Not only are safety
precautions necessary for the individual player's sake, but they are also
necessary for the team's.
