    Remuneration System
    Total Income* : Rp 4,520,000 ,- per month

    1 Basic Salary : Rp 3,000,000 ,- per month

    4 Site* : Rp 650,000 ,- per month

    7 Insurance (Tenaga Kerja) : 2% paid by employee + 4.24% by company
    Insurance (BPJS Kesehatan) : 1% paid by employee + 4% by company
    Insurance (BPJS Dana Pensiun) : 1% paid by employee + 2% by company
    8 THR : As Manpower Law and Regulation
    9 Annual Leave (12 days per annum totally) : - 6 days of personal leave
