Personal Development is the process of shaping and moulding an

individual’s personality. Personal Development enhances the quality of
life and develops person’s capabilities. Discussing the factors which
contribute to person’s development in an individual are discussed here

To achieve personal growth, one should lead a healthy lifestyle by

implementing some good practices in day to day today life. Not adopting
a strict routine would deviate your mind from achieving goals rather than
