Financial Services Consultancy Agreement

SERVICE FEES

The parties agree that for the services to be provided hereunder by the Company, the
Customer shall pay to the Company a Service Fee of …18%.... of approved financing
facility, within THREE (3) days from the date of disbursement. The parties agree that
the Service Fee represents the fair market value of the services provided by the
Company.
The Service Fee shall ONLY be remitted to the following account:-

Intelligent Cred Consultancy (CIMB) 8009070238

EVENTS OF DEFAULT

If the Customer fails to pay the servicing fee, whether due from it under this Agreement
at and/or within the time stipulated, will be charged a one time administration fee of
RM2000, interest of 10% per annum and 5% admin charge per annum.

BANK APPLICATIONS AND CANCELLATION OF APPLICATION

The Customer agrees not to apply for any kind of bank facility without the assistance
and permission of the Company. During the process/service, if the customer applied for
any bank facility, the customer agreed to pay us the same service fees based on the
approval amount.

AS WITNESS WHEREOF the Company and the Customer have hereunto caused this
Agreement to be executed as of the date first above written.

Commission waived
Report to us if there is anyone from our company who request your commission transfer to bank
account that does not belong to our company, and your commission will be totally free of
charged.
