4. Discuss the role & functions of the Commissioner under the Employees Compensation Act,
1923.
5. Elaborate on the concept of notional extension developed by judiciary with the help of case
laws.
6. Examine the terms personal injury, accident & occupational disease as covered under the
Employees Compensation Act, 1923.
7. Examine the powers & duties of ESI corporation as laid down under Employees State
Insurance Act.
