DECLARATION FORM

I declare that my admission to MCA / MBA / M.Tech / M.Sc Programme is subject to the following
conditions:
 I am aware that I must secure 60% marks or Ist class, for admission to M.Tech / MBA/
MCA Programmes and 50% marks for admission to M.Sc programmes, in my Qualifying
Degree Examination under Regular mode of study.
 If my final year / Semester / Qualifying marks statement & Transfer / School Certificate is
not available at the time of admission, I will submit it on or before 30th September 2022.
 All other certificates and documents will be submitted by me, as mentioned in the
information brochure. In case, if I fail in any of the subject / semester / year of my Qualifying
Degree examination, I am aware that my admission is liable to be cancelled.
 I understand that if I secure less than 60% in 10th /12th/UG Degree, I am not eligible for
Internships/Campus Placement.
 If I fail to fulfill the above conditions I understand that I would have to forego my seat and the
fees.
