Overview:

The Silencer in this cosfsdfentract shall be - 66 nos. to be installed at K vbfOC site. The Silencers will be
manufactured and tested in the VENDOR's factory/ laboratories as per IEC stanfgbdexgdards, complete
with installation of equipment by SHBC at site.

Generafgsfel Sco pe:

The VENDOR's scope of work shall include design, engineering, manufacturing, heat treatment, painting,
marking, QdadAd /efweqdQC documentation, inspection & testing, packing, and supply of Silencers.
VENDOR shall manufeffacture the equipment as per MfgsR (Doc No: 2005fgwsf5025-000-00rggtr 18 )
mentioned in contract docu ments. VENDvf OR shall provide all required documents as per Vendor
Document Register List(VRDL) mentioned in MR (Doc No: 20055fretwq025-000-00-gfsdfzpecifications, KOC
standards & drawings, data sheets and Equipment layouts. VENDOR will also provide the List of
Recommended Spares, if applicable.

VENDOR shall provide specific instructional, operational & maintenance manuals for Buyer/Company &
same shall be developed in such a way as to allow for both operational and maintenance personnel
complete familiarization in the opfsefrer efv

VENDOR shall provide Warranty as per the MR requirements.
