THE FUTURE OF THE WORLD - PREDICTIONS

Oral Activity (Video) – Individual

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Based on the topics covered during the lessons (Future tense with will /may or might and modal verbs) you must make a

video presentation where you describe: How do you think the future of the world will be in 10 years according to your

personal opinion. You have to appear in the video presenting.

 Here, there are some of the topics in which you can focus your presentation. You can choose one or some of

them. It’s up to you.

 Environment
 People relationships
 Technology
 Transportation
 Communication
 Food habits
 Health
2. You cannot read during the presentation.

3. Avoid the use of translator and plagiarism during the writing process. This process must be original and a result from your

own competences.

4. You must use visual aids as support. The images will help you to remember information, in that way it won’t be necessary to

read.

5. Be careful with your speaking and pronunciation.

6. The presentation should last 2 minutes. Anything longer than that is unlikely to be watched.

7. I recommend you practice your presentation with real time because this helps you to identify if you need to add more lines

to presentation or maybe omit information.

8. Save the link of your video in a PDF file, and include: full name, ID, level, date, the text with your speech; among

some other relevant details. Remember this must be uploaded in the platform within the deadlines for this

activity.
