2. Gowns are considered sterile waist to shoulder level and front of the sleeves

3. Table are sterile only at table level

4. Sterile person must touch sterile items

5. Unsterile person avoid reaching sterile field

6. Edges of anything that encloses sterile contents are unsterile

7. Sterile field created close at the the time

8. Sterile area must kept in view

9. Sterile person keep well within the sterile area

10. Sterile person keep contact with sterile area to minimum

11. Unsterile person avoid sterile area

12. Destruction of integrity of microbial barriers result contamination

13. Microorganisms must be kept to irreducible minimum
