Sky lite cinemas is a movie theater company started in 2010. It is an entertainment based
theater engaged in building and operating state of the luxury mini cinemas and importing and
distributing world class highest rated movies.

Main Business Process

Objective of movie theater management system is to manage of details of Seats, Booking,

Customer, Payment, Shows. The main process of the system is to build an application
program to reduce the manual work for managing Seats, Booking, Movie, Customer and
other Payment services. It tracks all the details about the Seats, Tickets and Shows and
Payments.

IT Solution
The objective of providing and IT solution to sky lite cinemas to eliminate the
inefficiencies occur in the manual process which they are currently following.

The researchers construct a platform named “Movie Theater Management System” to

overcome and transcend the existing concerns and problems discovered in traditional
methods of how consumers book tickets and other services. This platform not only highlights
or streamlines reservation and booking activities, but it also highlights the satisfactory that
may be obtained in that exact transaction. The approach described above would make
transactions easier, faster, and more convenient for both customers and management. When
the movie is ready, people can quickly reserve the movie ticket and on the management side,
they can appropriately handle and manage such reservations conveniently and effectively.
They may boost client satisfaction by implementing this technique because they already
supply their services efficiently.
