I read when a colleague was sharing the reasons why she hasn't been engaging her friends with

post on social media platforms about the COVID-19 outbreak, and her reasons was that people
take in things differently. She had cared so much about the mental health of anyone who cares to
read her post. This made me remember the definition of health by W.H.O as a state of complete
mental, physical and social well-being of an individual and not the mere absence of disease. The
way we interpret information is a contributing factor to our mental health.
THERE IS A NEED FOR US TO GUIDE OUR MIND of what we feed it with, remember that the
single most powerful asset of an individual is the mind.
