CONFIDENTIALITY CLAUSE

Each party shall keep confidential all provisions of this Agreement and
other related documents and shall not make any public pronouncements
with regards to the vessel SILVER SHALIS, to its Yacht
Owner’s/manager or duly representative or its subject matter. Each party
agrees that he/she will take all reasonable measures to protect the
secrecy of and avoid disclosure or use of confidential information of the
other in order to prevent it from falling into the public domain or
possession of persons other than those persons authorized hereunder to
have any such information, which measures shall include at least a
reasonable degree of care.

I also hereby undertake that I will not at anytime disclose or use or

disseminate whether directly of indirectly any information gained through
my employment on board SILVER SHALIS, whether this information is
in the nature of technical or business matters, the identity of persons on-
board, guests or the business of the owner or its representatives.
