 Liaising with transformer supplier: Qatar International Electrical Co. W.L.

who install the transformer: Electro-Mechanical Co. Qatar W.L.L [QEMC] and the Circuit Breakers
Panels supplier: AALCO Trading for any required support and assistance during the energization and
Handing of the substation.
 Completion of all works (as per KM regulations) and addressing of comments/concerns raised by KM
that will be required for substation energization and Handing over.
 Trenches and Cable works from Plot LV panel to Transformer.
 Maintaining of Transformer and substation until energization and Handing over.
 Supply and installation of cable and Small DB for plot transformer substation building lighting.
 Application for Service note, Service note release/closing process.
 No power application process with KM.
 Shutdown request to KM for energization.
 Commissioning of Transformer VCB panel in MVSG 28210 substation and commissioning of plot
transformer substation 28198.
 Any other related formalities and works as per Kahramaa requirements.

And further, kindly advise your plot Consultants and KM approved MV contractors to obtain Permissions
and approvals from Kahramaa to any sort of works in the transformer room, and extreme caution and safety
measures must be taken prior to the commencement of any works in order to avoid any damages to the
existing infrastructure, transformer, equipment, KM earthing cables, KM MV + Pilot (control) cables, and
Fire Alarm Cables etc. If any damages happened then rectification and restoration will be your scope.
