HRSSC Specialist
Job Description
• Responsible to execute and manage end to end onboarding process for new hires as per the
defined process and SLAs.
• The onboarding activities include but is not limited to ensuring new hire documentation
collection and verification process, Employee record and ID creation, Background verification
process, salary accounts opening, manage ESI and PF account creation process by coordinating
with the assigned POCs etc.
• Liaison with various internal departments and external partners to ensure each activity is
completed smoothly and within SLAs.
• Handle Service Desk tickets on the employee queries received.

• Digitization of records and employee record management.


• Ensure Audit compliance for each activity and process improvements.
• Submit and present weekly and monthly MIS status report to the manager.

• Support Recruitment and other Adhoc activities as and when needed.


• Adhere to company policies and procedures and deliver high-quality, professional service to all
internal stakeholders
• Support and participate in HR initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification

• Graduate - Bachelor’s in Business Administration preferred.


• Fresher – 0 – 1 year of HR experience

Selection parameters
• Above average Aptitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Analytical skills and eye for details
• Basic knowledge of MS Office – MS Work, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• People Skills – Must be approachable
