Role Purpose Lead the technical and reporting streams (implementation, administration and support) for
applications and projects related to the Treasury and Investment management functions (Murex,
Bloomberg, Swift etc…)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

Key Accountabilities Key Activities / Deliveries

1. Integration  Ensure overall IT infrastructure is properly integrated

 Monitor status of interfaces and ensure issue resolution in timeline manner as per SLA
 Gather requirements, design and develop, test and validate new interfaces
 Prepare documentation, guidelines and provide training whenever needed
 Provide continuous maintenance and support for the Group
 Assist in resolving integration related request or issues
 Ensure Group’s DR requirement are met to guarantee business continuity

2. Reporting/Data  Ensure readiness of daily/weekly/monthly reports

 Ensure business needs and requirement are catered for in a timely manner
 Conduct technical requirement gathering of new reports
 Recommend proper tools to ensure business reporting and data visualization requirements
are met
 Lead development and delivery of Treasury and Investment reports

3. End of day  Ensure Vendors’ abidance to SLSA with regards to support and issue resolution
process
 Provided needed technical support for End of Day process
 Lead technical discussions related to the design and sequencing of the daily end of day
process to secure robustness and guarantee business continuity
 Coordinate with TOG IT team to ensure proper end of day link between Murex and the rest
of the applications
 Coordinate with TOG INT IT team to minimize downtime, dependencies and disruption.

4. Applications and  Identify Business’s needs based on gathered requirements

 Liaise and coordinate with the Business and the BAs to map business requirement and
define the proper design and validation documents

  Propose and recommend suitable applications and software based on the identified needs
 Review and provide recommendation and feedback on vendor RFPs/RFQs
 Lead the technical discussions during implementation of identified application & ensure
necessary licensing is in place
 Test, validate and support implemented tools and applications
 Coordinate with TOG IT to design and develop internal applications as per requirements.
 Liaise and coordinate with TOG INT IT team on common matters (regression testing,
release cycles) and applications (Murex, Bloomberg…)
 Lead the technical/reporting streams on implementations/expansion projects related to
Treasury and Investment management

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Industry / Domain Technical Expertise, Reporting Expertise, Murex expertise

Necessary Knowledge and 3-5 years of relevant technical experience including reporting and interfaces development
Experience 3+ years in supporting ERMs/Financial software including implementation and migration
Can understand modern technology stack and is able to translate client requirement into
technical solutions.

Education and Certification  Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering or related discipline.
Requirements

Job Specific Technical Skills
 Knowledge in PowerBI or any other data visualization tool
 Strong knowledge in SQL, database development, C#, Java/Shell scripting/Python
 Be detailed-oriented, a quick learner and self-starter
 Ability to learn new technical subject matter quickly.
 Ability to be flexible and to adapt to changing, situations, tools, and requirements.
 Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
 Integration experience with Swift, Bloomberg, SAP, other third pary systems etc
