This research is TO STUDY AND ANALYSIS THE

CONDITIONS OF SECURITIES OPERATION AND RISK
MANAGEMENT IN CAPITAL MARKET for the report. In this
topic we will briefly study about the terms and conditions of securities
market. We will analysis the market conditions with the help of
“Japanese candlestick” by which we will go through with various
symbol like morobozu, hammer, inverted hammer, spinning top,
various doji star, engulfing pattern, ETC. We will also study about
various rules and regulations given by SEBI to the Investors and
Brokers. We will also study about the uptrend and the downtrend i the
market.

Introduction on Securities Market

The securities market has two interdependent and inseparable

segments, the new issuer (the primary market) and the stock
(secondary) market.
The Primary Market is used by issuers for raising fresh capital from
the investors by making initial public offer or rights issues or offers
for sale of equity or debt. The Secondary Market provides liquidity
to this instrument, through trading and settlement on the stock
exchange.
The resources in the primary market can be raised either through the
private placement route or through the public issue route by the way
of Initial Public Offer (IPO).It is a public issue , if anybody and
everybody can subscribe for it, whereas, if the issue is made to select
group of people then it is termed as private placement. In case, where
fresh shares are issued to existing shareholders at a particular price, it
is referred as Rights Issue, whereas if such issues are without
involvement of any cost, it is referred as Bonus issue/stock split.
The other option of trading is through the stock exchange route,
where trading and settlement is done through the Stock Exchanges
and the buyers and sellers don’t know each other. The settlement of
trades is carried out as per a fixed time schedule. The trades executed
on the exchange are settled through the clearing corporation, who acts
as a counterparty and guarantees settlement.

the situation of capital market like Sensex and Nifty as both of them
are totally depend of the internal and external affairs within different
countries. The trade between various countries also effect on the
economy of the countries market which also create impact on stock
market of our country.
It is the job of Fund Manager and other investors who work on stock
market and analysis the risk. They switch their account according to
the situation of growth in equity market. Where as in fixed deposit the
customer or get fixed rate of interest, depend of the banks rules and
regulations. The wars between two countries also disturb the whole
economy of not only both the countries but the entire world economy.
