he runs from 30 to 50 minutes

He eats breakfast

He does Dumbbell Biceps Curl: 4 sets, 15 reps

Afternoon

he has lunch

he does Hammer Curls - 4 sets, 15 reps

he does Spider Curl - 4 sets, to failure

he does Tricep Curl - 4 sets, 15 reps

He does Overhead Triceps: 3 sets, 15 reps

Night

He does Hanging Leg Raises: 4 sets, 20 reps

I've done Rope Crunch - 4 sets, 20 reps

he does Russian Twist - 4 sets, 20 reps

Weekend

Weekend

He goes to the movies with his family and in the evening they go to a restaurant to have dinner
and share a pleasant time

He goes out for a ride in his car to be calmer

He checks if he has recordings for the following days and organizes his time between training,
recordings and his family.
