1. Provide a brief description of what the test does, making sure to include whether or not extra
reagents need to be added after incubation to see results.
2. Discuss how you would determine if a test was positive or negative- then discuss why the test
is positive or negative.
3. Provide examples of “scoring” if it exists with the test. (Litmus milk, Triple sugar iron agar)
