Protein and iron (grass-fed meat, organic, eggs)


Healthy fats (avocado, coconut oil, ghee, butter)
Medium amounts of carbohydrates (e.g. green vegetables, low sugar fruits, red rice)
Minimal gluten (wheat, rye, barley e/g. Bread, croissants, pastries)

Feel good while eating


Enjoy the food and find gratitude for the foods you eat
Try not to talk too much during eating; focus on chewing and savouring the food
Our spleen loves music. Beautiful tunes (without lyrics) can help improve digestion
If there is a mixture of hot and cold food, eat hot foods first, then warm food and
cold dishes last.
Stop eating before the belly is satisfied (really important for stamina & sex function)
Eat according to nature’s Yin Yang energy shift throughout the day.

Have a full and nutritious breakfast, eat less after noon time (the body’s
digestive capability slows down after 12 pm. Dinner should be the smallest meal
of the day and should be finished by 7 pm)
Eat only when you are hungry!

If you eat when there’s still food in the belly, your body can’t process it. If your
body’s digestive and absorption system is blocked, no matter what you eat,
rather than being transformed into usable nutrition, food will either be flushed
