Rosita Avela, and a resident of Asturias, Tarlac City, after having been duly sworn
to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state – THAT:

1. I am the registered owner of a parcel of land situated in the Barrio of

Asturias, City of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac with an area of SIX
THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED (6,600) square meters covered by TCT No.
CARP2013004219 with Certificate of Land Ownership Award No.
01188816;

2. That the above-mentioned parcel of land is NOT TENANTED;

3. That I do not own more than five (5) hectares of landholding anywhere in
the country;

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

declarations.
