destiny at this metamorphic moment lies in

and drive change to become the soul-aligned

the world needs.

I believe that vision and destiny have long been

intertwined. In the ancient wisdom traditions, the

dreaming always came before the creation.

I believe that we are standing on the most critical

dreamtime and creation threshold of our global

history.

I believe that this crucible moment is providing us

with the opportunity to dream a new world and

collective destiny into being.

I believe that dreams, vision and destiny are

interwoven. They are all "*fite fuaite." Not in an

interdependent way but in a mutually symbiotic

way where each enhances the other; each one

strengthens the other; each one ultimately

becomes the other to form a trine of One.

Dreams, vision and destiny are like three golden

rope threads that weave and merge together to

form One illuminated coding strand, your **Dán

strand - your Destiny Code.

THE DESTINY CODE Your Destiny Code, your Dán Strand holds the
DNA codes and unique imprint of the highest
dream of your life and energises the vision of
who you were dreamed and destined to be. I t i s
a constant stream of pulsing light and life force,

continuously expanding and evolving you filling you

from the root of your being. It flows to the rhythm

of your soul's highest calling.

As it flows through you, it dreams you, re-writing

your coding from the unconscious conditioned

ways to the deepest light and Truth of who you

are. The Destiny Code will allow the full force of

your unique coding to flow through you in a

naturally aligned and powerful way, anchoring you

in your sovereignty, truth and highest expression.

*Fite Fuaite (fit-yeah-foo-it-yeah) is the Irish word for

interwoven.

**Dán (dawn) is the Irish word for Destiny, but also means

skill, gift talent and poem.

Strategy and Soul

All streams of energy and lifeforce follow a path because it allows what is

no longer needed to fall away aswell as supporting and directing the flow.

The Destiny Code is a 7 step leadership pathway and methodology that

combines both strategy and soul, so you can dream, create, embody and

step into your leadership destiny. It aligns you with your true DNA coding

blueprint for who you have been dreamed and destined to be. This is the

exact pathway that I use myself, that has been refined over 8 years and

that I use to coach my clients to make their dream, vision and destiny a

reality.

D:Dreaming and being dreamed

All creation starts in the Dreamtime and your Destiny is no different. It

has been dreaming you as you have been dreaming it. The first step in

the pathway is to align with this powerful Dreamtime energy so you can

be dreamed anew and become the soul-aligned force for the vision of the

future that you are destined to lead.

E:Energy of sovereign truth and alignment

This step is all about alignment with Source and Force. By aligning with

Source level energy, and the Self, or sovereign truth of who you have been

dreamed and destined to be, you will awaken dormant energies and gifts

held in your Destiny and DNA codes or Dán Strand. You will practise

taking aligned action from this deep and true energy Source to create the

future with consciousness and lead with agency.

S:Seasons and Cycles of Transformational Leadership

You will have at your leadership fingertips, 8 radical cycles of natural

growth and change to support you. These have been integrated from the

timeless map of the seasons of ancient Ireland alongisde contemporary

leadership methodologies and strategy. Each stage will activate radical

leadership capactities as well as the wisdom and alchemical energies,

inherent in the ancient seasons, vital to birth the new dawn of leadership.

Integrating the ancient and contemporary wisdom creates a radical

roadmap for leading the highest future that can and will only emerge

through you.

T:Timing, Trust and Tuath (Tribe)

Through the powerful trilogy of the reSources of divine Timing, Trust and

Tuath you will learn to work with, refine and harness the power of being

reSourced by others and truly reSourcing yourself for the emergent

journey of bringing your Leadership Destiny to life. The Tuath aspect will

also explore the systemic nature and impact of your work for the

collective good.

I:Intention, Initiation and Integration

The "I" of your Destiny Code is a multi-layered, multi-encoded step which

merges ritual and practice for claiming your soverign leadership purpose

and destiny as sacred work. Together, we will weave conscious intention,

initiation and integration practices so you are empowered to live and lead

in a fully-aligned and embodied way. Ritual, ceremony and rites of

passage at each stage of our work will anchor you in the truth of your

higest self so you learn to integrate the powerful triskele of intention,

initiation and integration as a force for sovereign momentum in the world.

You will also learn to work with the alchemy of opposities through

integrating polarities, one of the most powerful tools for leading in the

new dawn of leadership. You will unite head and heart, masculine and

feminine, human and nature, light and shadow, vision and action.

N:Nature as co-creative partner

With the deepest respect for all life, the sacred feminine and Mother

Earth, we will work with Nature at each step of the pathway. Working

with "*Danú" as a powerful, co-creative partner, you will receive

regeneration, insights and uploads (chanelled wisdom from Mother Earth

and Ireland through you as a source and force for good for you, your

projects and initaitves).

Y:Your Dán - Your Destiny

The "Dán" step of your Destiny Code is where you are fully aligned with

and can claim your soverign destiny, as a full spectrum, multi-skilled,

abundantly gifted leader who will continue to expand into your ever-

evoliving Leadership potential and expression in the world, leading as the

soul-aligned force for who you have been dreamed and destined to be.

*Danú: In the Celtic and pre-Celtic tradition, Danú was the Earth-Mother Goddess of

the Tuatha Dé Danann, the Shining, Supernatural race and rulers of Ireland.
