The Perks of being a Wallflower

I can relate so much in this movie because like Charlie it is hard for me to adjust, find new
friends and I barely participate in any class discussion back when I was in Grade 7. There are
some things that I learned in this movie. The first is Participate in Life, because when we
participate in something we find what interests us the most. The second is Self-Love, because we
cannot constantly put others forward even if it hurts ourselves. And lastly Enjoy life, the movie
tells us that whatever happens in life, the world keeps moving forward and we should live in the
moment as it will not come back.

Charlie befriends with Patrick and his stepsister Sam, and they become best friends and
they introduced Charlie to their small group of friends, Mary Elizabeth, Alice and Bob who all
consider themselves misfits like himself, who take him under their wings and introduce him to
experiences that are common in teens, including parties, drugs, and sex. His new group of friends
gives Charlie something precious that he has never had before, a sense of belonging.

Human relations is the art of knowing people, relating with them, and maintaining and
keeping their friendship. Human relations is differentiated from public relations in the sense that
public relations means dealing with people, while human relations deals with individuals as
individuals and as members of a group; it deals more closely with everyone. Understanding
human behavior is required for developing effectiveness in human connections. No two people
are precisely alike. Even identical twins are not identical. Because each individual is unique, it
takes a distinct talent and expertise to comprehend and manage each person's behavior. The first
step in strengthening human connections is determining a person's personality type and creating
personality profiles for them. Because humans are unique, establishing a person's personality
type may be difficult, especially when they lie between the two extremes of the personality type
continuum. Understanding personality, on the other hand, may help you understand and
anticipate behavior, interpersonal relationships, and performance in a certain context.
