This sub- allotment to all the Executing Agencies of MDM programme in the district of Hooghly is made as per information received vvide memo no. 27(24)-ES(CMDMP)GENL-7/2020 Dt. 15.01.2021 issued by, PD, CMDMP. The above mentioned amount is sanctioned from the available fund of Cooking Cost of District MDM account. ‘The Govt. of West Bengal has decided to provide 1 kg Chhola, | kg potato and 1 pe. Soap along with 2 kg rice per student under Cooked Mid Day Meal Programme in the month of February-2021. The distribution of MDM materials for the month of February-21 will be started on 8 February, 2021 and it will be continued upto 11" February, 2021. It is also mentioned that supply order of Chhola and Soap for distribution in February-21 had already been issued to WBTDCC Lid from this office vide no, 205/ II1/3/MDM dt. 15.01.2021 and 221/ I1V/3/MDM dt. 22.01.2021 (for Chhola) and 198/ I1V3/MDM at. 08.01.2021 and 222/ IIV/3/MDM dt. 22.01.2021 (for Toilet Soap). WBTDCC Ltd. has been instructed to supply the required quantity of Chhola and Toilet Soap to the Block’ Municipality/Municipal Corporation offices. ‘The Branch Manager of Axis Bank Ltd, Chinsurah Branch is hereby requested to please transmit / remit the fund of Rs. 1,10,63,340/- (Rupees one crore ten lakh sixty three thousand three hundred forty) only, as per Annexure- A of this Order, electronically to the Savings Bank Accounts maintained in the respective Bank Branches of the respective B.D.0s / Chairman / Mayor of the Municipalities & Municipal Corporation as soon as this Order is received in the Office of his Bank Branch, out of the deposited and accumulated fund in the District Magistrate's Savings Bank Account No. 920010062922043 in Axis Bank Ltd., Chinsurah Branch, Hooghly under Cooked Mid-Day Meal Programme. ‘This fund is sanctioned to all Executing agencies exclusively for procurement of | kg Potato @ Rs. 20/- for the month of February-2021 under CMDMP. Respective B.D.Os / Administrators or Chairperson or Chairman of the Municipalities! Commissioner of the Municipal Corporation are also requested to send utilization certificates for the sanctioned fund immediately after utilization of the same in prescribed format. The procurement may be done by strictly observing the financial norms and documents related to distribution and distribution register should be preserved properly for future inspection.
