THIS CONVAYANCE is made on the NINETEENTH Day of MARCH Two Thousand and

Eleven BETWEEN ALEXANDER JOHNSON of Merrivale, South Street, Georgetown

(hereinafter referred to as ‘the Vendor’) and SATEESH BALDEO of flat 2A, Manley Court,

Bridge St, Georgetown (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Purchaser’) of the other part.

WHEREAS the Vendor is absolutely the owner of the property known as 34 Preston Lane,

Georgetown and shown in the attached schedule plan by a red boundary line. AND

WHEREAS the Vendor has agreed to sell and the Purchaser has agreed to buy said property.

THE DEED WITHNESSETH that in pursuance of the said AGREEMENT and in

consideration of the sum of Two Hundred and Forty Thousand United States Dollars (US

$240,000) which the Purchaser has paid to the Vendor HEREBY conveys to the Purchaser by

way of sale all that property at 34 Preston Lane to hold in possession free of all

encumbrances.
