EXTRA LAB EXERCISE MS ACCESS

LAB PRACTISE : MACRO & SWITCHBOARD FOR SCHOOL CONNECTION AND CITY BUS AREA COMPANY
DATABASE

Instructions :

1. By using your existing School Connection and City Bus Area Company databases, create a
switchboard for each database separately. Means, you will be creating TWO (2) Switchboards.
- Create Macro for the necessary objects, you can select any object from the databases to
be displayed on the Switchboard
2. Use Switchboard Manager to create Main Switchboard for each database. Begin with School
Connection followed by City Bus Area Company.
3. You may insert other elements/objects like images or background (up to your creativity) on
the Switchboard.
4. In the Switchboard please include at least :
- 2 tables in Table item
- 2 Forms in Form item
- 2 Queries in Query item
- 2 Reports in Report item
- Add Go To Main Page button in each Table, Form, Query & Report page to go back to Main
Switchboard page
5. Submit your databases in Moodle at the end of your lab session.
