The measurement of constructed and unconstructed land of Lodhi colony has been

checked with laser method / Total Station Instrument by M/S P&D Associates Situated at 37-
B Commercial Area Model Town Multan. According to the Measurement the Total Area of
Land is 10143.00 Sq.ft. or (37-Marlas & 17-Yards).
 Constructed Area
o House #1 = 2606.27 Sq.ft.,
o House #2 = 2158.84 Sq.ft.
o House #3 = 1900.81 Sq.ft.
Hence Total Constructed Area is 6665.92 Sq.ft. (Sketch #2 Attached)
 Unconstructed Area
o Plot #1 = 2151.75 Sq.ft.
o Plot #2 = 1325.33 S Sq.ft.
Hence Total Unconstructed Area is 3477.08 Sq.ft. of Land. (Sketch #2 Attached).

In 3rd Sketch the Land is divided into Four equal parts. The measurement of each Part
of Land is 2535.75 Sq.ft. or (9-Marlas & 11.75-Yards).
 Two parts is the share of Son is (2535.75 x2 = 5071.50 Sq.ft.) or 18-Marlas & 23.5-
Yards
 Daughters have one part each is 2535.75 Sq.ft. or (09-Marlas & 11.75-Yards).
The measurement of Constructed and Unconstructed Land has also been made separately.

The Occupied Area of Bait-ul-Ansari is 2606.27 Sq.ft. or (09-Marlas, 19-Yards & 05

Sq.ft.) which is 70.52 Sq.ft. or (07.84-Yards) greater than actual share of one daughter.

The house constructed on the other extreme side (East Side) of the land which belongs
to Teacher Asma W/o Mr. Masood (land sold by younger daughter previously) is 1900.81 Sq.ft.
or (07-Marlas & 01-Yards & 2 Sq.ft.) (Sketch #2 Attached).
The remaining Plot in which one house is Under Construction is 2158.84 Sq.ft. or (07-
Marlas, 29-Yards & 08 Sq.ft.) The two Unconstructed Plots, the Area of Plot #1 is 2151.75
Sq.ft. or (07-Marlas, 29-Yards) and Plot #2 is 1325.33 Sq.ft. or (04-Marlas, 27-Yards & 2
Sq.ft.). (Sketch #2 attached).
Hence elder daughter has to pay the amount of 70.52 Sq.ft. or 07.84-Yards to Younger
Daughter and Son has to pay the amount of 02-Marla & 02-Yards to younger daughter.
