The research topic I chose is “The importance of healthy social interaction “ From
young children to senior adults, social support and contact are among the most crucial
predictors of everyone's physical health and well-being. Despite the complexity of social
connection, I think it is essential for maintaining physical and mental health. Also, the
main I reason I chose this topic is that many people find it difficult to communicate their
feeling and opinions and to open up about themselves. Through this study, we can be
able to identify the possible cause and effects on people who are experiencing fear of
showing their emotions. I would love to study this topic because it is very relatable for
me before I'm very scared of opening up about my problems also to express the real
me, it is hard to come out inside a closet, and it lead to me having mental problems, and
it also affects my relationship with other people, especially with my family. And I think
that by doing this, I'll be able to raise awareness among those who are experiencing this
sort of difficulty as well as among others so that they will understand how to deal with
and engage with individuals of this kind.

Experimental research is the best research design to use because it is a study that
carefully follows a scientific research strategy and it is a hypothesis, a controlled
variable, and variables that can be measured, computed, and compared that make up
this structure. The utilization of controlled conditions in experimental research is vital.
And if my goal in this study is to find out the possible causes of why people are having a
hard time communicating their problems. and the effects of these problems in their daily
lives. it would be easy for me to conduct this research if the research design that I will
use is an experimental research design.
