Six months of hard work finally paid

off. I dreamed of becoming a football

player for the Romanian National
football team. One summer day when I
was going to training, the coach
called me and told me that the team
would be disbanded in the next 6
months due to lack of money. My
colleagues and I were totally
demoralized. My life had become
sadder and sadder. We were at sports
class when a man came to inform us
about a football championship with
the biggest prize worth 6 thousand
euros exactly what we needed to save
our club from disbandment. I didn't
stop to think and I signed up with my
colleagues from the club.
The day of the championship had come,
we were ready to win for the club for
the coach but especially for our
dream. After a few won matches we
reached the final. I found out from
the championship organizer that the
selector from the youth team of the
national team will come to see the
final, news that filled my soul with
happiness. This made us coordinate
even better to win the championship
final. Along with the prize I fought
for, I found out that the winners of
the championship will be selected to
join the youth team of the Romanian
national team. When our coach heard
the news, he was very proud of us. So
six months of hard work finally paid
off
