BIM Execution Plan (BEP) is also known as BIM Implementation Plan, when the BEP is in implemented all

the stakeholders and teams will be benified from it. The main advantage of BEP is that involved people
will have a clear understanding of their role and contribution in the plan, through BEP the plans that
need to be implemented will have clearer results, the things tbat need to be implemented/done by each
stakeholders will be clearer, it will be easier to understand what they are hoping for.
