What is happening in the picture?  irregular parking lot in university

How will you design a campaign
regarding what is happening in the
picture? How will you do that?
What media will you use? What is
your target audience?
 A small parking lot and many of riders is not
balance the problem in this picture is the
absence of regulation in parking the motorbike
makes the parking space that has been
provided narrow and sometimes it’s make some
of the riders that just came hard to enter the
parking lot.
There is no campaign or socialization that ever
done but there is action that been done by
some of people that feel uncomfortable with this
situation some of them arrange motorbikes that
are not organized in parking
 I will make a campaign about how its suppose
to park the motorbike, by doing a simple
warning in the parking lot the riders can move
they motorbikes, media that I would use is
Instagram that I believe use by all students.
