TV Show: Cowboy Bebop (2021 &

Characteristics/Traits:

Spike is a character who is slothful, careless, uncaring, and lethargic. On the Bebop, he
spends the majority of his time reclining, watching TV, or napping.

Scenarios/Circumstances:

Spike Spiegel (スパイク・スピーゲル, Supaiku Supīgeru?) is a former member of the Red

Dragon Crime Syndicate, who left by faking his death after falling in love with a woman
named Julia. After leaving the Syndicate, Spike became a bounty hunter and the partner
of Jet Black, the captain of the Bebop.

Explanation:

The girl died in his arms. "It's all a dream," she said to Spike as she lay dying in his
arms, to which he replied, "Yeah, just a dream."

Vicious and Spike were taken under Mao Yenrai's wing within the Syndicate, where they
rose through the ranks. Spike made the decision to leave the syndicate and attempted
to drag Julia along with him. This treachery appears to have sparked their blood rivalry,
which may have led to Vicious' recruitment in the War on Titan.

Spike Spiegel's fearlessness is nothing new to him, but in Cowboy Bebop 2021, the
Syndicate assassin-turned-Bounty Hunter has a new name to go along with his terrible
past. Those who knew Spike as a hitman bestow the title Fearless on him to underscore
his ties to Vicious and the Syndicate.
