Filled Application form with the membership fee can be deposited in any branch of Askari Bank Limited.
Note:* & ** are Mandatory columns, any registration form without these columns properly filled shall not be entertained.

Eligibility Criteria:

a. Applicant have not been allotted a plot/ house involving an element of subsidy (in cash or land) by CDA/PHA/FGEHF or any
Federal / Provincial Govt./Agency e.g. DHA, Supreme Court Employees Housing Society, Ministry of Interior Employees Co-
operative Housing Society, Ministry of Commerce Employees Cooperative Housing Society, IB Society, NPF, Media Town etc.
If allotted a plot, the detail is as under and I have no objection to conform to policy of FGEHF in this regard.

b. If at any stage, contents of Membership Form are found to be fictitious or false or any material facts are found to have been
concealed/misstated or suppressed deliberately and knowingly or otherwise, the allotment shall be cancelled, the money
deposited shall be forfeited and such legal action as deemed appropriate will be taken

c. In case both husband & wife are govt. servants then both are eligible as individual service benefit.

d. Applicants are entled to apply for a plot according to their entlement. Allotment in higher category is not admissible.

e. Seniority of the applicants shall be determined on the basis of "Age-wise Seniority" however, seniority of already registered
members under Membership Drive Phase-II shall be remain intact.

f. Contractual/daily wages/work charge/contingent employees are not eligible.

g. Allotment of plot is subject to confirmaon of service particulars from concerned parent department/office from where the
employee belongs.
