PRIME-HRM Self-Assessment Tool for the Silver and Gold Levels Award.
We appreciate your interest in considering the PRIME HRM in your dissertation or
research and showing commitment to the Department of Education- Schools Division
of Tarlac City to develop a Non-Teaching Personnel’s L&D Plan in preparation for a
higher maturity level or PRIME HRM Maturity Level 3 or 4. Please note that the
indicators of both maturity levels are available in the PRIME HRM Self-Assessment
Tool. You may access them online at www.eprime.csc.gov.ph. Before you can access
the online tool, the system will require you to enter the agency's username and
password or login credentials.
Thus, we suggest you coordinate with your respective Human Resource Management
Officer (HRMO) to allow you to access the self-assessment tool of said agency.
