This will authorize the aforementioned broker/sales agents to sell and/or negotiate the sale of my property
described as follows:

This authority entitles the above-mentioned agents to five (3%) commission out of the total agreed price in
case will successfully concluded.

As protection of the above-mentioned agents, the authority carries a non –circumvention clause which
makes me liable to pay their rightful commission in case their registered buyer-bought the same property
any time after the expiration of their authority.

This authority is good for a period of ninety (90) days. If favorable negotiations are in progress, this could
be extended as per mutual agreement of both parties.

Registration of Buyer ________________________________ this will Guarantee. That the undersigned

shall protect the above-mentioned broker/sales agents should their registered buyer acquire the said
property. That I am legally obliged to pay the above agreed commission to the above-mentioned sales
agents.
