Chicken Estofado

Ingredients:
 Chicken - ₱120.00
 Carrots - ₱36.00
 Onions - ₱14.00
 Garlic - ₱5.00
 Soy Sauce - ₱11.00
 Vinegar - ₱11.00
 Tomato Sauce - ₱18.00
 Mascobado Sugar - ₱51.00
 Sprite - ₱30.00
 Banana (Sab-a) - ₱20.00
 Oil - ₱40.00
 Pineapple Slice - ₱40.00
 Magic Sarap - ₱4.00

Total Expenses - ₱ 303.00


Procedures:
1. Prepare all the needed ingredients and tools.
2. Clean and sanitize them before using.
3. Wash the carrots and potatoes and peel them properly. Slice them in appropriate size.
4. Slice the onions, garlic, and banana. Put them aside.
5. Wash the chicken. Marinate it with soy sauce and lemon. Put it aside.
6. Put some oil in the pan. Over medium heat, fry potatoes, carrots, and cooking banana until light
brown. Remove and set aside.
7. Use the same pan for frying the chicken for about 3 minutes on each side.
8. Prepare the sauce pan. Arrange the potatoes, banana, carrots, and chicken inside it. Season it with
little amount of magic sarap.
9. Add the soy sauce, vinegar, sprite, pineapple juice, and sugar. Taste it if okay. Simmer for about
15 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and sauce starts to thicken.
10. Add the pineapple slice on the top and let it cook.
11. If the chicken is fully cooked. Prepare it for serving.
